1. Log into realedge.ljhooker.com/login
2. Administration top right hand corner
3. Click on Organisation > Search for User > Select & Activate User -
If they do not appear in this list it means they have not attend Ignite &/or a BSO, Admin. They will need to contact - email@example.com
NOTE - Email address has to be correct against the user so they receive the activation email. If the user does not activate by the email they are sent they will not be able to log in through the dashboard.
You can update their email address by the pencil next to their name.
