MOVE: Uploading Statement of Information (VIC ONLY)

Overview:

Effective May 1st 2017, Victorian LJH offices need to attach a statement of information against their listings. Below are the steps on how to do this in MOVE.

 

Steps to Upload SOI:

Step 1: Please fill out your (SOI) and save this as a pdf (when hitting save in word, hit ‘save
as – select the pdf drop down option under file type).


Step 2: Log into Move > Highlight your listing and look at the worksheet


Step 3: Click the + in your worksheet to upload your document:

Step 4: Click on ‘drag or Click to upload Documents, and locate your saved SOI on your
computer. Nb: This document will not be removed, unless you manually remove it.

 

Step 5: Once uploaded you can either sort by date to locate your SOI – Click on the cog next
to the letter and a pop up will appear

 

Step 6: On the popup screen, tag Upload to websites > select statement of Information > Hit
save. Please note you will need to open and Save your listing record. This will trigger a
change to the listing record that will send your SOI to your website:
