When Generating Progress Report for staff for previous Financial Year(s) this can be done under Office Admin in Clarity.
Select Clarity from Dashboard
Under 'Office Admin' click on the 'Progress Reports' as screenshot below:
Once opened use the drop down menu and select
1. The staff member
2. Select the activity type for example 'commission' or 'appraisal' etc
3. Then the Reporting Period you wish to view for example 'Week' or 'Financial Year'
It will refresh and you should get a screen / figures that may resemble as per screenshot:
Clicking on the Figure should give you the 'Action Date' and 'Description' for example. along with a Circular Chart on the left hand side.
