Apply forwarding from 365 Email account to another 365 Email account
To apply an office 365 account to another 365 account you will need to log into the 365 portal:
Then click on the grey Admin Box as above
Then Find Admin drop down menu > then Exchange
It will open up a set of menu settings as shown below > Under 'recipients' find 'mailboxes'
Then Use the magnifying glass icon > type in the email address for example: firstname.lastname@example.org
Then double click on the account
1. Once in the account find 'mailbox features' > scroll down until you find 'Mail Flow'
Click on 'view details'
2. It will open up a pop up box and tick 'enable forwarding'
In the box field type up the forwarding for example 'tony.stark' only then hit browse.
* Remove the Domain name otherwise it will not find the address from the list
Type the email address then hit the magnifying glass
Find the email by scrolling or type the email to forward to and hit ok.
